Tuck Shop Policies

CURRENTLY, WE CAN ONLY SHIP WITHIN CANADA.  Sorry for the inconvenience!  If you live outside Canada and your son will be attending camp, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange delivery of your items to camp. 

 

Product Sizes & Mock-ups:

  • Sizes — Please refer to the manufacturer's size charts that accompany clothing items, when applicable.

  • Mock-ups — The Ponacka logos/artwork have been added for illustration purposes. We have made every attempt to replicate the final product accurately, but some slight variations in logo size or placement may result. 

Incorrect Address:
  • Please make sure you include your correct address when entering it in the checkout process.  Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for return shipping if the customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout! 

Refund/Return/Exchange Policy: 
  • All sales are final.  We don't offer refunds, returns or exchanges, for a couple reasons:
    • All profit from this Tuck Shop goes to Suns of Sphairee, which helps boys from the Big Brothers organization in Peterborough attend Ponacka.  You can also donate to SOS through the link above.
    • Each product is made when you order it.  Because of that, we don't hold inventory (this tuck shop is in the cloud!)

Shipping Time:
  • It can take 1-2 weeks to create your order, and another 1-2 weeks to ship your order (but most orders ship closer to the 1-week turnaround time).
  • If there is a tracking number associated with your order when it ships, we will send it to you!  (It's up to the manufacturer to provide it - see here for their default policies on tracking numbers)
    • Late / Delayed Shipments:  
      • Courier delays will happen on a small percentage of orders, including late deliveries or even lost shipments.
      • We will reimburse (or replace) lost shipments, however can not offer compensation for delivery delays.
